What is a One Sheet?
One sheets are a tool used at writing conferences to assist you in pitching your book.
They should include the following:

A headshot. This will help agents and editors recall who you are.

Contact details
-
A brief bio (relevant information only)
-
Platform information (Make sure you include newsletter followers and any significant social media presence.)
-
Any previous publications, accolades such as winning writing contests, or endorsements
-
Working title (and if not a standalone, info about the planned series and this books placement)
-
A catchy tag line/ hook
-
The back-of-book blurb
-
Genre/audience and word count
-
A comparative analysis
Color and imagery will also help your one sheet stand out. Make sure your overall product is clean, easy to read, and professional.
